About The Founders

Mani and Nick met when the Mani’s created their namesake institution in Hampstead – Mani’s – in 2009, with Nick as the head chef.

Nick graduated from Young’s Chef Academy and has worked as head chef across exclusive functions and top restaurants in London.

With an opportunity to bring a new environment to Mill Hill, Mani & Nick joined forces once again to create a home-away-from-home atmosphere, creating fresh Mediterranean food with a British influence.
